Throughout the world, Chinese martial arts are well known and well respected. China is a precursor to martial arts, founding several excellent styles. Although Kung Fu is the most famous Chinese martial arts, there are other people just as good. Below, we will see some other Chinese martial arts that is not also known as Kung Fu.

HSING-I
This is actually one of the internal style of Kung Fu, very closely in relation to Tai Chi. He teaches students to subordinate their bodies, creating powerful movements with a very little cost of energy. HSING-I not known about, even though very strong and famous throughout China. United States and other areas that are not familiar with it, with little or no school dojo’s out there that teach that.

Such as Tai Chi, HSING-I has been deeply rooted in Chinese medicine and Chinese perceptions of nature. Quarrel with that derived from HSING-I come from five Chinese elements – metal, fire, earth, water, and wood. Similar to other forms that originate from Kung Fu, HSING-I offers complex, such as a dance movement adapted from the way animals react and move. Because training is so tight and demand, and training opportunities so heavy, people who practice this martial art have astounding physical ability and exceptional durability. (more…)

Chinese martial arts
Although Kung Fu is the best martial arts in China, there are many forms and styles that come from it. There are also Shaolin style, which offers various styles of Kung Fu as well, including the famous “5 animals system”. System among the five most popular animals in China and known worldwide for their very effective technique and exceptional strength when used in battle.

Along with Kung Fu, both HSING-I and Tai Chi is a martial art that was very helpful with endurance training and flexibility. Many Kung Fu students in China choose to study one of the arts as well, because it helps increase the strength of their physical and emotional. Students who study Tai Chi or HSING-I also Kung Fu, has a resistance higher than the state and spirituality that simply can not be matched. (more…)

Although have been around for many years, Brazilian jujitsu made famous in the United States by Royce Gracie in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Not many people are familiar with the style until Gracie entered the UFC and continue to dominate fighters of all styles and weight classes one after the other. Once people begin to see how quickly that can be Gracie defeated opponents, they immediately become interested in the art of Brazilian jujitsu.

As many know now, Brazilian jujitsu is the art which are grappling with the lands, with very little stand up skills involved. Most of the techniques used to run in the martial arts field. Techniques involve very little power from the stylist, as most of them are about the technique behind the move. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with stylists that weight-100 lbs or less can immediately submit a submission lock on someone who is 2 – 3 times their weight and size. (more…)
